Packaging and shipping the products ready after milling operations are critical stages of the production process for us. This stage is of great importance to maintain product quality and ensure it is delivered safely to our customers. After the milling process is completed, we take special care during the packaging process because the surfaces of the products are delicate.
The packaging process varies depending on the type of product and the distance it will be transported. Generally, we first wrap the products in protective material. This material can be bubble wrap, foam sheets, or protective corner pieces. These materials protect the product from impact during transport. We then place the products in cardboard boxes or, if necessary, wooden crates. We fill any empty spaces inside these boxes or crates with filler material to prevent the product from moving around.
To ensure that products arrive safely at their destination during the shipping phase, we perform the necessary checks during transport and upon arrival. Each of these processes is of great importance in maintaining product quality and ensuring customer satisfaction.
